Sisters on a Journey

Sisters on a Journey holds classes that work with women experiencing betrayal trauma.  Our curriculum helps them understand what betrayal trauma is and how it has affected their mind, body, and spirit.  Through psychoeducation they learn they that they are not crazy and that the brain was created to respond in certain ways as a result of trauma.  We provide resources as we work with them to reclaim their autonomy and identity in Christ.  Our classes are based on APSATS's* Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model.
