REASONS TO BE A PART OF THIS HUNT FOR HOPE ROCKWALL EVENT? YOUR PARTICIPATION IS A WIN/WIN - YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR WOMEN AND FAMILIES IN THE ROCKWALL AREA WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED DOMESTIC ABUSE, AND YOU RECEIVE ADVERTISING FOR YOUR BUSINESS!

You have the opportunity to be an event sponsor, being recognized when the event is promoted for ticket sales and have an ad in the booklet provided to each participant. Sisters of Grace Ministry will provide a 20”x 30” poster for your company,displayed at the check-in location and the “finish line.” This level will also include showing your sponsorship for a year on our website and other communications about this event.

You can be one of the 10 checkpoints on the scavenger hunt map. Every participant will be coming to your business to complete their challenge. These participants will be from every walk of life; those who enjoy some light competition, those who like to support a worthy cause, and local residents who are or could be your customers!

So, what does a checkpoint look like? You of course will be open during the event, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. The event provides you with an opportunity to engage with YOUR customers (current and future), in a fun and memorable way. Through the Checkpoint, you can promote your brand and showcase your products or services.

You will need at least two facilitators or "brand ambassadors" to organize a simple game, explain it to the participants upon arrival, and manage the flow of all attending. The game will be amazingly simple, but fun, and should only last about 3-7 minutes for maximum fun. The game will also need to be scalable – meaning up to 20 people might show up at once and everyone should be able to participate without a long wait. Your ambassadors will showcase your business and explain the challenge that incorporates your product or service. Or you can play a simple tried and true game. After the participants have completed your company's activity, they will take a photo with your logo/signage. It’s that simple. And you will have help in creating the game/challenge. Sisters of Grace will provide one or two team members to assist you as well.

You will have an ad in the event booklet handed out to each participant. You can decide if that ad includes a discount coupon or other opportunities to invite participants to visit your business. A print sponsor may or may not have customers visit on the day of the event.
